  The biggest problem with these removalists is Chris the manager, worst customer experience I have ever had to experience. I would prefer to give a 1 star but since the removal guys were friendly enough, I don't want to put them out of a job. The whole move day took 12 hours for packing our boxes that were already packed!!! It was ridiculous, we were expecting maybe 5 hours give or take, but 12 hours was insane when we had an expectation to be able to clean the house after they left, yet we were forced to be up until midnight and the next day cleaning once they left at 8pm!! Point is, they should have told us in advance that it is likely to take 10 or more hours. Once I advised Chris of our long day of packing, helping removalists (and they still took 12 hours!!), then cleaning, Chris advised me that the long day is irrelevant.....we are not paying by the hour! Really? The audacity of this so called manager to tell me that my long day and night was irrelevant. Absolutely disgusted in his approach to paying customers. I will NEVER use their services again.
